Brief and quote (1 day)
Tell us the format, number of speakers and where you will publish. Within 24 hours on working days we send a quote with price, kit and deadlines.

Location and prep (2-7 days)
We pick a room with decent acoustics: your office or a rented studio. Background, outfits and question structure are agreed so nothing is improvised on the day.

Filming
We arrive an hour early, set up cameras, light and mics and test the sound. You just talk while we watch the time, audio and framing.

Editing (3-7 working days)
We sync cameras and audio, edit the episode, clean the sound and cut the short clips. The first version arrives in 3-7 working days, faster by agreement.

Revisions and publishing
Two revision rounds are included. Then you get the 16:9 video, 9:16 clips and an audio file, ready for YouTube and podcast platforms.

Most podcasts and interviews are filmed in Riga, in offices and rented studios. We also travel to Jūrmala, Liepāja, Daugavpils, Valmiera, Jelgava and other towns, and to Tallinn and Vilnius when the speakers are there. Travel costs are in the quote upfront.

Do you have a podcast studio?
No. We film in your office, at home or in a rented studio in Riga and bring all the kit: cameras, mics and light. If you have no space, we help find a studio and show its rent separately in the quote.
How many cameras and mics do you use?
Usually two cameras for an interview and three for a podcast: a wide shot plus a close-up of each speaker. Each person has their own mic on a separate track, so voices can be balanced and noise removed.
Do you cut short clips for social media?
Yes. The Podcast package includes 5 clips and the Series package up to 15. They are 30-60 second vertical videos with subtitles for Reels, TikTok, Shorts and LinkedIn. We can also cut clips from episodes you filmed yourself.
How much does a podcast episode cost?
A one-speaker interview starts from 350 EUR, a podcast episode with up to three speakers and clips from 700 EUR, and a full day of several episodes from 1300 EUR. Several episodes in one day lower the cost per episode.
How soon will the episode be ready?
The first version is ready 3-7 working days after filming, followed by two revision rounds. For a regular show we agree a fixed schedule so episodes go out on the same weekday.
What formats will I receive?
The full episode in 16:9 for YouTube, up to 4K if needed, a separate audio file for podcast platforms, and clips in 9:16 or 1:1. Subtitles in Latvian, Russian or English on request.
