Preparation (1-2 weeks before)
We agree camera positions, desk audio, power and streaming internet with the organisers and venue team, and decide which speakers and guests to interview.

Event day
We arrive 1-2 hours early, set up and check sound, then film to the programme without blocking anyone's view. Ordered clips are handed over the same day.

Editing (3-7 working days)
We edit the highlight video with music and titles, and sync cameras and audio for the full recording. The first cut arrives in 3-7 working days, faster by agreement.

A short event with a highlight video starts from 400 EUR, a two-camera conference with full recording from 800 EUR, and a full three-camera day with on-site clips and streaming from 1500 EUR. Exact price within 24 hours of getting the programme.
How many cameras do you use for a conference?
Usually two: a wide shot and a speaker close-up. For large halls or panels we add a third camera on the room and questions. Audio comes from the desk, so speech is clear in the recording, not just in the room.
Can you live stream the event?
Yes, on request, and it is part of the Full package. The venue needs stable wired internet, which we test beforehand. We stream to YouTube, Facebook or your platform, and you get the recording too.
How fast will I get the highlight video?
The first cut is ready in 3-7 working days, then two revision rounds. A next-day rush edit, for example for a press release, is possible by agreement. Social clips can be delivered during the event.
Do you film concerts and DJ nights too?
Yes, it is a big part of our work, and concerts have their own page. Corporate parties with live music or a DJ are covered by the packages on this page. We do not film weddings.
What formats will I receive?
The highlight comes in 16:9 for your site and YouTube, plus 9:16 and 1:1 for social, up to 4K where needed. Full recordings are split by speaker. Subtitles and language versions on request.
