A house with land, a new residential area or a countryside property. From above, buyers instantly see boundaries, access, forest, water and infrastructure. These shots often decide whether someone books a viewing.
Events and festivals from above
A festival site at sunset, lights over the stage, the city around the venue. For Liquicity in Tallinn we filmed over the Old Town to set the scale of the aftermovie. We never hover over crowds and agree flights with the organiser.
Construction progress
We film the same site from the same points and heights, for example monthly. Investors see the project grow, and at the end the footage becomes a short film of the whole build.
Tourism and hospitality
A lakeside guesthouse, a seaside hotel, a holiday resort. Aerial shots show the surroundings guests want to see before booking. We schedule around morning or evening light and the weather.

The price mainly depends on the flight zone, shoot length and editing. Open countryside is simplest. Central Riga, the airport area and other controlled zones need extra coordination. Airspace and permissions
We check the flight zone and arrange permissions. A normal zone takes a few days; central Riga and the airport area take longer, so start early.

Shooting day
We pick the time by light and wind forecast. One location usually takes 1-2 hours. If flying is unsafe, we move to another date.

Editing
The first cut arrives 3-7 working days after the shoot: edited, graded, with music and, if needed, your logo. Urgent edits by agreement.

How much does drone filming cost?
Prices start at 250 EUR for one location and a short edited video. Two locations and several formats start at 500 EUR, a full day with drone and ground camera at 900 EUR. Zone, duration and editing set the final price.
Can you fly in central Riga or near the airport?
Often yes, but these are controlled zones needing extra coordination, and some spots are off limits. We check the exact address before quoting and tell you whether and when a flight is possible. Allow extra preparation time.
Which permissions are needed and who handles them?
We follow the Latvian CAA rules and arrange the permissions for each flight zone ourselves. We may need consent from the landowner or event organiser to fly over their site, which we agree during the brief.
What if it rains or is very windy on the day?
Safety comes first: we do not fly in strong wind, rain or fog. We check the forecast the day before and reschedule if needed, and for fixed-date events we plan backup ground shots.
What formats will I get?
16:9 for your website and YouTube, 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, and 1:1 if needed, up to 4K where the project calls for it. On request we also hand over selected raw clips.
How fast will the video be ready?
