What we film at concerts and club nights
One night of footage feeds several formats, so we agree on priorities before the event.
Aftermovie
A 60 to 120 second film of the whole night: the queue, the room, the lights, the artist and the crowd. An aftermovie sells your next event, so we cut it to the headliner's track in 16:9 and 9:16, as we did for Koven, A.M.C & Phantom and Presto at Tower and MAZE.
DJ set clips and carousels
We film the DJ at the decks and the crowd at the best moments: drops, IDs, the room's reaction. One set becomes 5 to 10 vertical clips for an Instagram carousel or a series, as with Arcando at HALL, Camo & Krooked at Helitehas and DJ Aphrodite at Kultuurivabrik.
Multi-camera concert recording
A full concert or set on two or more cameras: wide, close-up on the artist and handheld in the crowd. Sound comes from the desk or is synced to your recording. Good for YouTube, an artist's archive or live videos of single songs, as with Kreisais Krasts in Jēkabpils.
Next-day reels and festival coverage
Promoters need to post while people still talk about the night, so the first teaser and a few reels can be ready the next day. At festivals we add drone shots, following the Latvian CAA rules with permissions for each flight zone, as at Liquicity in Tallinn.

Concert filming prices
The price depends on how long we film, how many operators and cameras are needed, how many videos and clips you want and how fast. How concert filming works
- [01]
Request and quote
Send the date, venue, artist and the videos you want. Within 24 hours on working days we reply with a quote and timeline. One to two weeks ahead is ideal, but shorter notice often works.
- [02]
Coordination
A few days before the event we agree with the promoter and venue on stage access, timing and the artist's filming rules. Drone permissions are arranged at this stage.
- [03]
Event night
We arrive before doors open, film the room, queue and warm-up, then focus on the headliner. We work without getting in the way of guests or the artist.
- [04]
Fast clips and editing
First teasers and reels arrive the next day if agreed. The first cut of the aftermovie and other clips follows in 3 to 7 working days.
- [05]
Revisions and final files
Two revision rounds are included, usually 1 to 3 days. Final files come in 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1, up to 4K, with cover frames.
Who concert filming is for
For promoters, aftermovies and clips sell the next event. For clubs, they keep social media alive between nights. For artists, they are material for the next booker. We know drum and bass and electronic music best, but also film rock gigs, bands and city festival stages.
- Event promoters and agencies
- Clubs and concert venues
- DJs, bands and their managers
- Festivals and city events
- Baltic tour organisers
Why book us for concert filming
Real headliners in our portfolio
Netsky, Sigma, Andy C, Camo & Krooked, Koven, Venjent: all of these nights are in our work section.
We know club conditions
Darkness, strobes, haze and a packed room are normal for us. We know where to stand for a good shot without blocking the crowd.
Content while the night is fresh
First clips can be ready the next day and the aftermovie's first cut in 3 to 7 working days.
One team for the Baltics
On tours we film every city in one style, so the videos look like one series.
Concert filming in Riga, Latvia and the Baltics
In Riga we work at venues such as H2O 6, MAZE, Tower and HALL. We also film in Jūrmala, Liepāja, Daugavpils, Valmiera and Jēkabpils, and regularly travel to Tallinn (Helitehas, Kultuurivabrik) and Vilnius (Loftas). Travel costs outside Riga are in the quote.
Our concert and DJ set work
This is our strongest portfolio. For Selecta we filmed Netsky at H2O 6 in Riga and Loftas in Vilnius, Sigma, Andy C, Arcando, Camo & Krooked, the Venjent Baltic tour and Koven at Tower. In Tallinn we shot Liquicity at Helitehas with drone footage and DJ Aphrodite at Kultuurivabrik.
Concert filming FAQ
How much does concert or DJ set filming cost?
Social clips from one set start from 400 EUR, an aftermovie with clips from 800 EUR, a festival or multi-camera package from 1500 EUR. The exact price depends on duration, crew size and deadlines.
How fast do we get the aftermovie and clips?
First teasers and reels can be delivered the day after the event if agreed in advance. The first cut of the aftermovie and other clips is ready in 3 to 7 working days, then two revision rounds.
How many cameras do you use?
One mobile operator is usually enough for an aftermovie and clips. A full concert recording needs two or more cameras: wide, close-up and handheld in the crowd. We suggest the number for your venue.
Do you clear filming with the artist?
Yes, through the promoter. Many artists have rules on stage filming and publishing, so we check them before the event and send clips for approval when management asks.
Do you use drones at festivals?
Yes, where the site and rules allow. We follow the Latvian CAA rules and get the required permissions for each flight zone. We never fly over crowds and film the stage from a safe distance.
Do you travel to Tallinn and Vilnius?
Yes, regularly. We have filmed at Helitehas and Kultuurivabrik in Tallinn and Loftas in Vilnius, plus Baltic tours with several dates in a row. A tour gets one quote with travel included.
