Apartment video tour
A smooth walk through the apartment on a stabilised camera, from the door to the balcony. Viewers grasp the layout, ceiling height and window views. Usually 1-2 minutes with music and room names or sizes as titles.
House and land with a drone
For a house, the land matters as much as the interior: boundaries, access road and surroundings. Drone shots show this in seconds. We fly under Latvian CAA rules and arrange permissions for each zone ourselves.
Commercial property and offices
An office, warehouse, retail unit or whole building for lease. Tenants care about flow, entrances, parking and transport links. We film outside working hours so spaces are empty, and can add a short comment from the manager or broker.
New development
Developers need a story about the whole project: location, neighbourhood, shared areas, show apartment. We can also film construction progress from the air, so sales start before completion. Latvian, Russian and English versions on request.
Short vertical clips for portals and social
From the same shoot we cut 20-45 second clips in 9:16 for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, opening with the best feature: the view, kitchen or terrace. It is the cheapest way to reach people not yet browsing portals.

Preparation
We send a short checklist for the rooms and pick the time with the best daylight. For drone shots we check the zone and arrange permissions, which can take several days in central Riga.

Filming
An apartment takes 1-1.5 hours, a house with land 2-3 hours. The owner or agent need not stay; keys and a short walkthrough at the start are enough.

Editing
The first cut arrives within 3-7 working days. If the listing has to go live sooner, we can agree on an urgent edit.

Revisions and publishing
Two rounds of revisions are included. You receive MP4 files in 16:9 and 9:16 up to 4K, ready to upload to YouTube and link from the listing.

An apartment tour starts at 200 EUR, a house with drone shots and a vertical clip at 400 EUR, and a new development or commercial property with a full shooting day at 800 EUR. Size, travel and number of versions set the final price.
Do you include drone shots?
Yes, they are part of the House with drone and Development packages and can be added to an apartment. We follow Latvian CAA rules and arrange permissions per zone; central Riga and the airport area take longer.
How should I prepare the apartment?
Clear away personal items, fridge magnets, cables and bathroom clutter. Open the curtains, switch on every light and close the toilet lid. Pets are best out of the flat during filming. We send a detailed checklist before the shoot.
Will the video work on listing portals?
Yes. Most portals accept a YouTube link or an MP4 file, so we prepare both. Use the vertical version on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. If a portal limits length or file size, we adapt the video.
How soon will I get the video?
The first cut arrives 3-7 working days after the shoot, followed by two rounds of revisions. If the listing is urgent, say so in your request and we will agree a faster edit.
Do you film outside Riga?
Yes, all over Latvia, from Jurmala and the Riga suburbs to Liepaja and Daugavpils. Travel is included in the quote, and several properties in one area on the same day lower the price per property.
