How booking a videographer works

Send the date, place, rough timing and what needs filming. Within 24 hours on working days we confirm availability and price. Popular dates are best booked one to two weeks ahead.

A few days before the shoot we agree on the schedule, key people and shots, format and whether vertical footage is needed. Style references help.

Filming
We arrive 30 to 60 minutes early to set up lights and check sound, then film the booked hours and adapt if the schedule changes.

Footage delivery
Organised raw footage is sent via download link, usually within 1 to 2 working days. With editing, the first cut is ready in 3 to 7 working days.

Revisions and formats
Edited videos include two revision rounds. Final files come in 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1, with Latvian, Russian or English subtitles on request.

Yes. Half-day and full-day packages include organised raw footage via download link, usually within 1 to 2 working days. Ideal if you have your own editor or agency.
What gear is included?
A camera with several lenses, tripod, stabiliser, wireless mics and portable lights. We film up to 4K. A second camera or drone shots can be added by agreement.
Do you work with foreign crews?
Yes. If your crew is filming in Latvia, we can join as a local operator, help with locations in Riga and deliver footage in your format. We work in Latvian, Russian or English.
How far ahead should I book?
Ideally one to two weeks ahead, especially in spring, autumn and before holidays. If your date is sooner, ask anyway: we can often fit a shoot in within a few days.
